What the connection does
- You choose GmailOptomBot shows a data-use notice before redirecting you to Google.

This scope allows OptomBot to send messages, read replies, and apply the dedicated OptomBot/Inbox and OptomBot/Sent labels. Gmail does not provide a narrower scope that supports all three operations.
What is processed
- the connected email address and Google account identifier;
- headers, bodies, supported attachments, and thread metadata for matched Mail Robot conversations;
- OAuth tokens, stored encrypted, to keep the connection active;
- structured proposal fields and reply drafts created for the user-facing workflow.
AI-assisted processing
Matched message content may be sent through the Timeweb AI Gateway to the selected AI model to classify a reply, extract proposal data, analyze a supported attachment, or draft a response. Unrelated mailbox content is not used for these tasks. Google Workspace data is not used by OptomBot to train general-purpose AI models.
What the robot does not do
- It does not request your Google password.
- It does not use Gmail data for advertising or sell it.
- It does not turn the mailbox into an unrestricted advertising list.
- It does not process unrelated messages for product analytics.
Responsible business communication
The Mail Robot is intended for relevant, individual B2B correspondence about a user’s tender, offer, or shipment. Users must contact appropriate business recipients, respect opt-out requests, and comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
Disconnecting Gmail
You can disconnect Gmail at any time in the Mail Robot settings. OptomBot revokes the connection and stops further mailbox access. Previously recorded business conversations and proposal evidence remain available unless you request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
